Inspiration for this poster came from a fellow student Michelle Benedict. After a short interview I came up with an initial idea in my head for this design. Michelle mentioned she enjoys driving, listening to country music and singing so I decided that this would be a good direction to take. I began with a digital image that I took while on my way to Burlington, VT during the summer. It is taken from the driver’s point of view so you really feel like you are in the drivers seat. I added music notes and staffs moving through the sky to set the mood of music playing. I also played around with the hue and saturation of the image to make a surreal feeling.
